Leader is a man who guide all of member to right way. While member is subordinate who already to be led. Where there are a leaders surely there be led. The great leader will be supported from members who great members too in the behind.
Allah very love with people who build sturdy buildings together. As listed in Holy Al-quran , Allah said in surat As-saff chapter 4 “ Indeed, Allah love people who war on God’s way in order front/rank as if/though they like sturdy building.” Therefore , very important and urgent for us to struggle to form a sturdy rank/row in great pilgrims.
Some of hadith show how important leadership for muslim in entire aspect. The hadith among others is ;
“not permitted , for 3 people who on the way except one of them be a leader” (HR Ahmad)
The hadith describe even in small group we have to have a leader, moreover for big business which there are many people. And then second hadith which was narrated by bukhari and muslim , “Imam is leader who to be responsible to member”. That means leader have a big responsible for who be led.
There is also hadith that describe about jundi / member / subordinate, like be narrated by muslim “ whoever relinquish hold from obedience to imam so that who don’t get hujjjah”. This hadith describe that whoever member who pledge allegiance the leade have obligation to obedience command leader. Even if member disobedient to leader, they willn’t have hujjah n doomday.
